Any fees that the Company may charge you for the Application or Service are due immediately and must be assumed by customer to be non-refundable. The money that a user pays is for an appointment – that is, a reservation of time with a healthcare professional – not for a certification, prescription, or card. Reservations are non-refundable. That means if you do not show up to your reservation, or if you cancel your reservation, the payment is non-refundable.
This general "no refund" policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, our decision to terminate your usage, or disruption caused to our Service. Being authorized or recommended for a certain healthcare treatment is not a guaranteed outcome of a consultation with the medical practitioner (e.g. physician or nurse practitioner), for such must necessarily be in the practitioner's discretion. If provider saw and approved the patient, there will not be a refund, regardless of whether or not the patient completed or continued the subsequent process with the state. The only exception to this no-refund policy is in the state of New York, Maine, or New Mexico, where if a patient is visually evaluated by the health professional and rejected as unsuitable for a certification or medical card, then that specific New York, Maine, or New Mexico patient would be eligible for a refund if they email a refund request to staff@quickmedcards.com within 4 months of their appointment date.
